Alamogordo, N.Mex. » The Alamogordo church members are experiencing revival as they conclude evangelistic meetings by Jason Morgan, Amazing Facts evangelist. The meetings began with 25 visitors and by God's grace, they kept nearly 20 of them to the end. It was an exciting Sabbath as 10 people were baptized and two joined the church by profession of faith. Two more individuals are planning to give their lives to Christ in baptism soon, and several more are continuing Bible studies.

Included in those recently baptized was a family of five. The head of the family had never heard anything about Adventists until he began attending the meetings. After attending the second night, he was approached by a Jehovah's Witness, who asked him if he would like to study together. He told him, “No, because I, am a Seventh-day Adventist.” After only two meetings, he already considered himself an Adventist! In talking with a couple of the children, ages 7 and 8, Pastor Andrew Spooner asked them why they wanted to be baptized. They responded, “We love Jesus!” The family is anxious to get involved with the activities of the church, particularly with the youth.

Jason Morgan states, “God has blessed this church by their hard work and effort. We have really enjoyed working with Pastor Spooner in this series. He definitely has a love for the gospel and a passion for evangelism.” Thank you for you prayers!
